Investing in and empowering Long Island girls in need
The client
GIRLZ TALK (Cedarmore Corporation), a community-based non-profit organization that provides comprehensive programs and services to Long Island youth and their families.
The challenge
Increase the attractiveness of the GIRLZ TALK event for both sponsors and its young participants by communicating the importance of educating, empowering, and inspiring the next generation of female leaders in under-served communities.
The result
The 2018 GIRLZ TALK event engaged more sponsors, donors, and participants than ever before, raising funds for a year-long book club, college prep classes, and a mentorship program.
The elements
A new visual identity, including logo and look and feel, was used to develop digital banner ads, flyers, ads, and posters to promote registration, as well as programs, signage, PowerPoint presentations, passports, and badges for the event.
