The client

Legacy Community Health, a full-service, federally qualified health center that develops client-centered programs to address gaps in health-related services in the Houston area.

The challenge

HIV has reached epidemic levels in the Houston area. Legacy Community Health wanted to motivate more people aged 13 to 21 to get tested and obtain prevention or treatment.

The result

An increase in new in-clinic visits resulted in more patients aged 13 to 21 that can now be supported on an ongoing basis, regardless of their ability to pay for care.

The elements

A new campaign was rolled out through billboards, print ads, social media posts, in-clinic posters, and flyers.
